Autism Social Care welcomes referals from local authorities, parents/carers, providers 

and support networks.  We aim to make the referal process open and as easy as possible.

Please call or email us for a referral form. A member of senior management, will then arrange to meet with the child or adult and their parents/carers, to assess individual needs.

Initially, a home or residential visit will take place to meet the individual and their parents/family, at home or within their own environment. A further visit will involve an in depth discussion with families and the young person (if appropriate), to gain further understanding of the individual’s needs, preferences choices and uniqueness.

Our preferred option is to offer services on a contracted basis, to give commisioners and purchasers, quality and consistent support services. We are committed to providing our services in locations, where there is an identified need, to support children and adults affected by Autism.
